This year's pageant, written and directed by the esteemed retired Fresno State Professor, Linda Dryden, promises to be an enchanting experience for all ages.
A Story of Friendship and Adventure: Flame's Journey
The highlight of this year's pageant is the captivating tale of "Flame's Journey." The story follows Flame, a baby Phoenix, as he embarks on a mesmerizing adventure through a mystical forest. Along the way, Flame encounters an array of charming forest friends who join him on his journey through trials of fire and nature. Their destination is none other than the beloved Meadow Lakes Apple Farm, where their friendships and courage lead them to a heartwarming reunion.
A Spectacular Production Featuring Life-Sized Puppets
Under the visionary direction of Professor Dryden, "Flame's Journey" will come to life through stunning life-sized puppets. Each character, from Flame the Phoenix, his whimsical forest companions, and each variety of our apples will be portrayed with intricate craftsmanship and artistic detail.
